Glyder Fawr is a mountain peak on the Glyderau mountain range in Snowdonia and is one of the most exciting mountain ranges in Britain and within the range are  two of its most climber and prominent peaks . Glyder Fawr at 999m and Glyder Fach at 994m. On the summits of Glyder Fach and Glyder Fawr there are some of the most fascinating rock formations namely the Cantilever Stone and the amazing Castell y Gwynt phenomena. Both these iconic landscapes often appear to walkers as eerie mystical objects especially when shrouded in mountain mist.
