What are your delivery charges?

Standard Delivery is £2.95
Express Delivery is £5.95
International Delivery is £7.95 (8-12 Days)

Where’s my order?

Please be mindful that each Summit Junkie product is made to order and produced by hand and that the actual preparation of each shirt can take up to an hour. Whilst every care is taken to fulfill each order on the day it is placed, multiple orders will take longer. But in most cases we aim to dispatch an order within 24 hours of it being placed. For larger orders please check with customer services on delivery times.

How is my order sent and what are the postage charges?

UK STANDARD TRACKED DELIVERY

Free on ALL orders over £50 or £2.95 otherwise. Delivery usually within 2-4 working days.
During a sale period delivery will take 4-6 working days.

UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Free on ALL orders over £100 or £5.95 otherwise. On single orders Delivery is the  next day, 6 days a week excluding Sundays. UK mainland orders only, placed before 3pm Mon-Fri, but orders of more than one product will take longer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

£10, wherever you are in the world! Delivery is usually within 5-12 working days.

Has my order been dispatched yet?

Which couriers do we use?

We use Royal Mail for UK Standard Tracked Delivery and UK Next Day Delivery.

For some International orders we ship via Royal Mail and  local import duties may be payable on receipt. For bulk orders we use a variety of International Shipping services who offer a Tracked and Signed for service. The name of the courier will be sent to you along with a tracking number.

My delivery is outside the expected delivery time, what should I do?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with tracking information. Please check this to track your delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We can accept the following cards online or you can check out using PayPal :

Sadly, we’re not able to accept Visa Electron, Solo or Laser.

How do I redeem a discount voucher or special offer code?

To redeem a discount code; select the basket icon, click ‘View Bag’ and enter the code into the ‘Add a Promotion Code’ box. If you proceed to checkout without entering your code you’ve gone too far and need to go back to your Shopping Bag. You can only use one promotional code per order.

Why isn’t my voucher code working?

Double check you haven’t clicked through to the checkout before adding your voucher code, as it can only be entered while you’re in the Shopping Bag. Voucher codes are set to expire after a certain time, so it might be that you’re using an outdated code. Most of our vouchers are for single use and case sensitive. They also cannot be used during Sale periods, and you can’t use more than one on a single order.

Can I order over the phone?

Can I buy Summit Junkie Gift Cards on-line?

You can buy Gift Cards online here.* (Link To images of gift card)* All Gift Cards can be redeemed on our website. Simply checkout online, select ‘PAY WITH A GIFT CARD’ and enter the discount code found on the back of the card. You can also place your order through our Customer Service Centre by phone on +44 1745 590277

Where is my debit or credit card security code?

Your Security Code is just a little extra security for online and phone transactions. This number can be located on the signature strip on the back on your card – we only require the last 3 digits of this number.

Why has my card been declined?

We will not decline transactions at checkout, only authorise the amounts – if your bank does decline, please contact them directly so they can rectify this for you. Please be advised that the authorised amount will show on your account for around 7 working days, regardless of a successful transaction being made. This amount has not been debited, it has only been ring-fenced from your available balance.

What does “Postcode Verification Failure Mean”?

This means that the details you’ve given us do not match the details your bank has for you – please ensure your billing address matches your statement address exactly. Rather than attempt multiple transactions online, it’s best to give our Customer Services  a call on
+44 1745 590277 who will be happy to place your order over the phone.

Has my order been successful?

Once your order’s gone through, you should receive an email with an order number. If you don’t receive an email, just double check that you’ve spelt your email address correctly. If you’ve checked and you’re still unsure, give our Customer Service team a call on

Will I be charged customs and Import Duties?

As we ship from Summit Junkie here in the UK, at present you wouldn’t pay Customs and Import inside the European Union. However, outside the Union, charges may apply when the goods reach their destination. We don’t have any control over the amounts charged. Please note that if your order is over a certain weight, we may have to split the delivery into more than one parcel resulting in more than one charge – unfortunately this is beyond our control.

 

Do you provide a VAT receipt?

If VAT is chargeable on your order, we will provide a VAT receipt with your order.

How are your products made and what are they made from?

At Summit Junkie we have a team of designers who work tirelessly to create new and imaginative designs which reflect our customers ever evolving sphere of outdoor achievements.

We also take great care in the manufacture of each of our shirts, which incidentally is made specially for each customer and no one item is exactly the same. We use only the highest grade 100% organic ring spun cotton for maximum comfort and durability. All our cotton is ethically sourced and supplied by a member of the Fair Wear Foundation.

To print our designs on your shirt, we use the most advanced Direct to Garment Printers available and only use the highest quality and environment friendly inks specially designed for fabric printing. In contrast to the more cheaply produced heat pressed designs our DTG printed designs give the wearer a softer and less ridged feel against their body.

How are your products dispatched and in what sort of packaging?

Here at Summit Junkie we believe that our job doesn’t end once we’ve designed and printed your shirt. Far from it, we appreciate your time in finding and having the confidence in purchasing our brand, so we want you to enjoy the complete experience from ordering to receiving and wearing our shirts. To this end we’ve developed packaging that fits in with our environmentally friendly ethos which can be recycled and at the same time ensures your shirt arrives safely and in good condition. We’ve even designed a bamboo swing tag which can be recycled by you into a handy key fob or used to tag anything else for that matter. One further unique aspect of our bamboo swing tags is that if you’ve purchased one of our shirts as a gift for someone then we can engrave a short message to the recipient on the reverse of the swing tag for you ……. how special is that?

Refunds and Exchanges

How do I return unwanted items?

We want you to be completely happy with your Summit Junkie product and will refund or exchange any unwanted item within 30 days of receipt (full price items ) or 15 days for Sale items, unused and in their  original condition, with tags and original packaging and proof of purchase.

Please bear in mind that your order has been made specially for you, so we ask that you always consult our size guides to ensure you measure and order the correct size product.

Once your returned item has been received and checked you will either receive a full refund via your original payment method or a replacement product will be dispatched.

Who pays for the shipping of returns?

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item.

Gifts & Wrapping

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All Summit Junkie products are carefully wrapped and enclosed in a gift presentation shipping box, inside your item has been fitted with a bamboo swing tag. This tag is unique to all Summit Junkie products in so far that it can be recycled into a handy key fob or used to tag anything else for that matter. One further special  aspect of our bamboo swing tags is that if you’ve purchased one of our shirts as a gift for someone then we can engrave a short message to the recipient on the reverse of the swing tag for you… how special is that?

Product Care

How do I care for my Summit Junkie Tee shirt?

We have enjoyed designing and making your Summit Junkie shirt especially for you and with the correct care will give you many years of pleasure. Each design is unique and no one shirt exactly the same. We use the very latest direct to garment printing technology which uses eco-friendly ink designed to produce vibrant and lasting colour. To ensure the ink adheres correctly to the fabric, the shirt is pre-treated allowing the inks to fully absorb into the organic cotton fibres. Thereafter the ink is cured on the shirt by means of heat pressing.

Sometimes this process can leave press marks and on some dark coloured shirts faint white crystallization markings may be visible on the shirts fabric. These marks will disappear after the shirt receives its first wash.

How do I wash my Tee shirt?

Remember to always wash new shirts on their own for the first time at the recommended temperature of 30ºc and iron the printed designs from their reverse side.
